In this episode of Cohen to Eat, I'm at Blowin' Smoke on Haddon Ave in Camden, New Jersey. This place reminds me of your dad's backyard barbecue smoker food, if your dad was really good at barbecuing. The St. Louis ribs were smoked low and slow over a cold and were tender to the bite. Mac and cheese was super cheesy. just the way I like it. The collard greens there were so tasty and made me feel like I was being healthy. They let me sample a few of their other sides, and I'll definitely be back for more of that broccoli salad and cucumber salad.
