local asian restaurant called northern cafe it's a pretty small restaurant not too much seating but you can actually see the chef making hand pulled noodles through the window and today we got an order of the bang bang noodles that we saw her making over there some chili wontons and finally an order of spare ribs make sure you take that sauce and pour it all over your noodles and mix it up until it's all coated so the first thing i tried were those chili wontons i wish the chili oil was a little spicier, but the filling and the texture were so good. The next thing I tried were the spare ribs. They were super crispy, yet also really moist, and it packed a ton of flavor. It had a really good garlic flavor that I loved, and it was just so good to eat with a side of steamed rice. And finally, the bianbing noodles. These noodles are so massive. They literally broke while I was trying to lift it up, but it's packed with a ton of flavor, and I promise it's one of the best items. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
