Hey y'all, this is the Foodie Batty and I've got a long story about Bach. So I'm in a group on Facebook called Black in Tulum and when I say that they are raving about Bach, they are. And I'm here to tell you I was under impressed. So this was my drink, I ordered the moon. It's really cute, but it didn't impress me. The decor on the inside is amazing. I could take pictures in there all day long. But the issue was it was really hot. They had one fan blowing in humid Mexico. The appetizers were just okay. I much rather preferred the bread that they served at the table with the honey and the guac. Really, really good. I also really liked that they were doing fresh water with grapefruit, cucumbers, and lemon. It was a complete little experience. I'm about to give y'all some Rich Annie vibes here. I also like that they do table side ice cream. I mean, I didn't even order this and I had to get up and go stand behind the table. And I was like, y'all, I'm sorry, but I need to get this for the graham and TT. This is the bone marrow and tuna appetizer. Y'all, I absolutely hated it. They fried tuna, put it on top of the bone marrow. And then it's like papaya chutney, watercrest ginger dressing. It's too much flavor on one. I'm about to give y'all a mouthful about this fire show we have fire shows in the states and when i say everybody is a is like when i read and looked at all the videos about it everybody's like fire show fire show they didn't breathe no fire out they asked they mouth i didn't see no fire doing nothing other than just swirling in hands and i just wasn't impressed they could have kept this experience that was all of 17 minutes this though is what really excited me this was so immersive they handed sparklers to every single body in the restaurant, and everybody had a vibe. This is something to go to Bach for. Outside of that, they did bring this cute little happy birthday celebration over from a girl. The lobster bisque was delicious. I also ordered the New York steak, and it was good. Not the best steak I've had, but this little potato, best thing I ate in Mexico.
