Hey, BR Talk. So I was going through my kabillion pictures and I realized I never did an official like review of Boussoleil. So let's go. So this isn't my first time going here. I went for brunch the first time, but I went back again. This time was for lunch. You know, you go rent it out the patio. But of course, you know, we ought to start with a glass of champagne. I was celebrating my best friend's birthday, but I usually start my meals with champagne anyway, because why not? The champagne vinaigrette with this side salad was delicious. Along with the strawberries, it was mwah. I ended up getting the signature surf and turf. The avocado cream sauce on this was to die for. We also got a side of crawfish mac and cheese. And my best friend ended up getting this crab cake entree. The sweetness of the peach mojo brings this dish to another level. It just makes the flavor so much more dynamic. I just love this place so much. I'll come here again for casually by myself on a date. You name it, I'll be.
