Hi, the railroad tracks in downtown Melbourne. We are checking out El Ambia. Now, I don't know their story yet, but they've got a plane outside and some really great outdoor seating. So cool menu started off with the cafe con leche. And then the star of the show was the Ropa Veja. This is some of the best Ropa I've ever had. It was like just perfectly seasoned, had that vinegary hit, but not too much. And the plantains were great as well. sure to check out Elrambia.
