Today I got to go to Joy's Roti Delight located in Lauderhill, Florida. And it's probably one of the best Trinidadian restaurants I've had. Their curry is so amazing. I had the curry chicken and fried rice, which is a mix of Trinidadian and Asian culture put together. I had the curry shrimp roti, peanut punch, and the falori, which is my personal favorite. The roti was absolutely amazing. Definitely never disappeared. points we should try it.
