I'm not the biggest Mexican food lover, but today I got a chance to check out Casa de Fuego located inside Chichanxi Gold Resort and Casino. Let's go eat! This service is 5 out of 5. They started me off with some chip-in salsa and then the food started coming non-stop. This tamen drink is something else. The server recommended the carnesada tacos, carnita tacos, and the shrimp quesadilla with rice and beans. That's what I got. And then comes these delicious drinks. I think I had too many because I forgot what they're called. But hey, I think I got the most beautiful sunset view. I have to admit, this is the best shrimp quesadilla I've ever had in my life. That's a 5 out of 5. Did I mention food keeps coming? Made personally by Chef Robert. Shrimp taco, fish taco, and asada taco. I'm such a messy eater, but this taco was caliente. 4 out of 5. Love the fish taco. It was perfect. 5 out of 5. Oh, more food. The fan favorite. Trio fajita. Steak, chicken, and shrimp. Serve on a sizzling hot platter. Packed with pepper, onion, and garlic.
