La Castilla Olvera has been in Whittier for over 20 years and it's made it that long because it does what it does well. The carnitas green burrito is a must try here. Everything is done well. It's a pretty small menu. You can't really go wrong, but I would say get some enchiladas, get a burrito, you know, try, try the carnitas, but hey. It's a small classic Mexican restaurant, so you can't really go wrong with one of the classic dishes here.
