Check out this line at the Hmong New Year. Someone told me they waited 3 hours to get in, from finding parking to getting in line. Was it worth it? Totally worth it. Because I'm here for the food. Let's go see how much food I can buy with $120 at the Hmong New Year in Fresno, California. Let's go eat. We got our food from C-Chain's Momblé Chia's Kitchen. Each plate was only $18. Of course, I have to get my papaya salad, pho, meatball, pork chop with sticky rice, rotisserie chicken with sticky rice, and Hmong sausage with sticky rice. And of course, each plate comes with pepper. I can only eat one ball at a time. These meatballs is 5 out of 5. Some people say pho is best for cold weather. I like it steaming hot. Wait, this is too hot for me. Still 4 out of 5. Mon sausage, juicy and perfectly cooked. 4 out of 5. Rotisserie chicken is always a must order. Perfectly seasoned. 5 out of 5. I'm not a big fan of pork chop, but this one, 5 out of 5. This papaya salad was so good when I opened my eyes. It was already 2023. Don't forget to like and follow. Okay, happy new year. Shinjiroa, bye.
