So you're in LA and you're looking for carnitas. Well, carnitas El Momo is definitely one of the best places in all of Los Angeles. I've been coming here since it was an illegal pop-up in Boyle Heights. This place is expensive but it's worth it. I would suggest burnt ends for everything. It is absolutely amazing. It blows most people's minds when they try it the first time. If they'll do it, shoulder plus skin is also a good option. Yeah, so if you come here, it's usually pretty busy. Bring your friends, get ready to wait a little bit, buy some of the best carnivores in LA right here. Tell me what you think when you go. Thanks.
