I found a Korean day spa in New Jersey. This is King Spa. They give you these little uniforms to wear and they have different rooms to decompress and relax. Now the saunas were like little smurf villages. It was really cool. They also have different games on the floor like chess. Things to just hang out. I found this area have blue light therapy and you put your body in it and it helps with depression and boosting metabolism. Lots of benefits. This is the cold room. It's definitely cold in here. Now there's multiple levels to explore and this is actually where you eat your food. It was like royalty. lots of korean dishes i got the korean barbecue it came with a lot of sides and my boo got the tofu seafood soup would you want to go here
