Do you like handmade flour tortillas? Do you find them hard to find in LA? Well, I have a spot for you. Burrito House in Bell makes what some people think is the best flour tortilla in East LA. They hand-make all the tortillas in-house for every burrito they make here. Chili Rianos is one of their signatures, also the chili verde pork.
