Come with me today to a cooking class I booked here in Hanoi, Vietnam. Hi, I'm Nancy. I've been solo traveling around Vietnam for exactly three weeks today, and out of all the things I've done so far, this one was a personal favorite. This is Mango, our cooking guide, who took us around the Vietnamese market to buy the local ingredients we would be cooking with. And you can see that inside the leaf of the banana flower, they have a lot of baby bananas. Okay, that's the reason why. If you eat it, you can have a lot of chewing. From the fresh ingredients you picked, we made a full meal of iconic recipes in this beautiful local villa. I loved how this experience was super hands-on and not only did I get to taste the amazing dishes, but I also learned new cooking skills while enjoying a very authentic cultural experience with like-minded travelers. I booked this experience for only $44 and you can too. Just visit the link in my bio and click on the recommended hotels and tours link at the top, click the Asia tab, find it under the Vietnam tour section. Enjoy!
