Grand Rising, everyone. I'm in Tel Aviv, and today it is Shabbat. It's a Jewish day of rest. You know what that means? No cooking! I guess I won't be having my usual hot omelet this morning. Fortunately, some restaurants are still open. Let's check out Daria. It's inside the Hilton, Tel Aviv. Everything is pretty... much cold, like salads, yogurt, and baked goods. Some of the foods are kept warm on top of a hot plate. Yogurt was delicious. And at least the coffee was hot. And my view was beautiful. Right. Hot diggity dog. This place is magnificent.
