so why am i going to this pasta shop in a mall in long beach the italian homemade company is probably one of my favorite fast casual pasta places in all of california you can actually see them making the pasta here all day if you look through the windows everything here is delicious i it's a split between the lasagna for me and the parmesan cream pasta dishes run about 13 around 19 a piece Which is pretty affordable considering that you're getting high-end restaurant quality pasta at fast food kind of atmosphere But yeah, check it out.
