@iamrafaelpena's Review of Mandarin Oriental - New York, New York

On my last trip to New York, I was invited to stay at the five-star Mandarin Oriental. The Mandarin is located in New York City's Columbus Circle, and all of their suites feature views of Central Park, the city skyline, or the Hudson River. Here we have the Central Park View suite that's a little over 800 square feet. ceiling windows are amazing for sunset views or just watching the city lights in the nighttime the Mandarin also features a 75 foot indoor pool only a few five-star hotels in New York City feature a pool of this magnitude and not to mention you can still gaze at the stunning views in New York while taking a swim. Here I am walking around the suite just so you can gauge how large these rooms truly are. Last but not least, how could I come to the Mandarin Oriental and not tell you about their amazing food in the M.O. Lounge? Of course, I had the best seat in the house overlooking Central Park and the busy streets of the city. I started with the potato dauphine, which are French-style croquettes with chive aioli then I had a market green salad with a side of grilled salmon afterwards I truly enjoyed their hand-cut pasta which is of course made by hand in their own kitchen let's not forget to take in those views. And then for dessert, I enjoyed the strawberry pavlava. The Mandarin Hotel and the MO Lounge combined for an amazing experience. Therefore, New York City's Mandarin Oriental is Brunch God Approved.
