This is Avatar Coffee Roasters in Santa Ana. I came here today because I had a lot of work to get done and I ended up staying for six hours because the environment was perfect for that. When they were designing the space, I really think that they were thinking about the remote worker because most of the seating had its own plug, which is a huge win. They use a ceremonial grade matcha and you can definitely taste the quality. My only complaint is that the drinks here are a little bit small. It was 12 ounces for $6, but... Otherwise, I think you should definitely give it a shot.
