@nabilalikes's Review of Cafe Bubamara - Clifton, NJ

I bet you've never had Balkan food before. Come with me to this little gem of a restaurant in Clifton, New Jersey. Cafe Bubamara has an eclectic look and great food. There's a lot of stuff on the menu that's very unique and you've probably never had. We started off with the meat and spinach and cheese borax. There was just enough filling inside and the crust was nice and flaky. We followed that with a simple grilled chicken with lots of Mediterranean toppings. Next we had a sandwich made out of chavapi. which are Balkan sausages. Delicious. The pita was stuffed with six of them, and the meat was very flavorful. We ended our meal with Turkish coffee and dessert. The Turkish coffee was presented so beautifully. It's so bitter that we had to put a sugar cube in, and we had to eat it with some Turkish delight. Edmund was on to something, if you know, you know. Last but not least, we had my favorite part of the whole meal, a shnenoko. Those white things are actually egg whites whipped up in a creamy vanilla custard. The almonds and strawberries just paired so wonderfully with all the flavors. So go check it out and follow for more!
