It's your girl to FoodieBaddy and I'm at Hutchins BBQ with Dubs Grubs. Make sure you check the caption for our giveaway, but first things first, did you guys know that there's a correct way to slice brisket? Major shout out to GM Kelvin for coming over and showing me some easy tips and tricks and also letting me know that you're supposed to cut against the grain. I was able to effectively cut our brisket for our plate and y'all look at my slices, they're a little thick but that's just beginner's cut. And it really turned out really nice. I was so happy with them. I'm going to put some barbecue on a Texas Twinkie and then we're going to go ahead and get plated. Now, by far, the best thing that we loved was the burnt ends. They were so good. The ribs were tender. The sausage was good. The chicken was good. The turkey was good. We really enjoyed the broccoli salad, the fried okra. And make sure you just check out Hutchins. They're some of the best barbecue.
