Hey, today I'm at Best Pizza in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Best Pizza was opened in 2010 by pizza maker, Vincent Hurst native, and the host of the pizza show, Frank Piniello. You can taste his Italian roots in his thin crust pizza. Here they use a century old wood burning oven to cook the pizza. The paper plates with street art lighting the walls and the classic hip hop music help give off a very old school Brooklyn vibe. Outstanding. Amazing cheese with pepperoni. Next up, cheese slice. Look at that thin crust. Whey cheese. The white slice. Check out those sesame seeds. Oh, it's got amazing crunch. And of course, amazing pizza, always.
