@flywiththesrys's Review of OEB Breakfast Co - Newport Beach, California

Today, we're trying OEB breakfast in Newport Beach, California. We got their Get Shorty Rib Bowl, which was absolutely fire. The meat was super tender. Their potatoes are fried in beef fat, so you know it's extra delicious. And the egg was poached perfectly. Honestly, our only request would be to add more potatoes in this bowl. We also got their Banana Cream Pie French Toast. The flavors were nice and light, and the whipped cream was amazing. Nadia wasn't a fan of the yellow sauce at all, which we didn't quite know what it was, but I thought it was good. Our friends also ordered the Korean Golgi Bene, Meatless to Say, and Chilaquiles, and let us try their dishes. Our favorite was their Chilaquiles. I hope I'm saying that right. The flavors were amazing. The chips could have been a little bit crispier, but we both agree we'd 100% get that next time we come back. What's your go-to brunch spot?
