Showed up to Kassama at 7.45 on a Wednesday morning. It was first in line. I got a black sesame iced latte to start the morning. Then we had the ube and huckleberry bass cake, which was a little too sweet for my liking, but that truffle croissant was amazing. And then, of course, the mushroom adobo a la the bear to end the meal. Yum.
