Have you heard of dry hot pot? If not, you should try a model project. They are known for their version of hot pot, obviously with no soup. It's the same process when you order a hot pot, you choose your meat, vegetables, noodles, and levels of spiciness. They don't cook it in front of you, they do it in the back and then serve like a regular entree. They also offer delicious apps like the scallion pancake and other specials.
