@eatingaround's Review of AMMATOLI Mediterranean Bites - California Heights, CA

Typically, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Long Beach, but I wasn't really a big fan of it for brunch. I don't think they have the concept down. This thing is supposed to be like a shawarma burrito thing. It was way too tough, the wrapper. Really, really busy because, you know, hipsters love brunch and stuff. I suggest coming here on a weekday. It's going to be a lot quieter. It is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. You can get cheaper. non-hipster middle eastern mediterranean food other places they do do their stuff well normal service not brunch though
