Honey, if you in Texas and you looking for some barbecue, baby, stop off here. Flat Rock Smokehouse Barbecue located on 4900 Main Street, the Colony, Texas. Baby, I came up in here and I left full. Came in empty, left full. The food was immaculate. I never had brisket before. Never. Don't try to take my black heart. Y'all, I ate that sandwich. And within a few bites, I was already full. But you know when you get that food and it's so good and you can't stop eating it, that's what this place is, baby. I could not stop eating. The food was good. The plating was wonderful. The temperature was great. And it was bursting with flavor. I also had the pleasure of meeting owner and pit master Robert Davis.
