In the words of our generation's greatest philosopher, Hilary Duff, this is what dreams are made of. This was my favorite meal in Lisbon. We got the caprese salad, the best cashew cheese I've had in my freaking life, and a gluten-free rice bread that was the best gluten-free bread I've ever consumed. Their veggie burger was a 10 out of 10, and I really love this traditional Portuguese dish. Save this post for your next trip to Lisbon.
