@jesshhiikka's Review of Takai by Kashiba - Bellevue, WA

Oh, I love sushi. So at least once a year, we go all out with an amazing omakase experience. This time, we're at Takai by Kashiba in Bellevue, Washington. Usually, we'd go for a wine or sake pairing, but here, they were offering a tea pairing, and let me tell you, that was so intriguing. I'm no tea connoisseur, but it was fascinating to try different teas. But what truly stole the show? The sushi, of course. I lost track of how many we were served, but they were all amazing. This whole omakase experience was truly a sensory delight. The drive from Vancouver was well worth it.
