Come with me to Alidoro in New York City. I've been wanting to try this sandwich shop for years. They open at 11.30 and the line forms very quickly. We were first online, we got there around 11.15. The workers start making everything in front of you. I got the Matthew, which was prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula, and balsamic, and I chose to get it on semolina bread. This is so dangerous being close to where I work, but it was so good I will definitely be coming back here.
