Have you been to Dark Horse Coffee Roasters in Truckee yet? We were headed back home and decided to stop by here to grab some coffee for the long ride. This place had just such a cute and funky vibe. I loved it. They had a food menu and their drink menu. Make note that they do charge a small fee for your credit card. And they did have some limited carb options. I got their French toast latte and the hubby got their Kilroy. We also ended up getting a cinnamon waffle to share, which they warmed up for us. And my friend got an Americana. This waffle was very tasty and the coffee here was easily one of the best coffees I had all weekend. Even Copper greeted with me he wanted a sip. This was most definitely worth a stop before heading back home.
