@sabrinac's Review of Ramsay's Kitchen - Naperville, Illinois

I was actually excited about Gordon Ramsay potentially popping out and calling me an idiot sandwich, so I went to try out his new restaurant in Naperville, Ramsay's Kitchen. Of course, I got started with drinks, and I had the Behind the Blue Eyes, which is like a blueberry lemon drop, and then I tried the Lost in Translation. It was my favorite because it was made with Santori Toki whiskey, honey syrup, and passion fruit with lemon juice. The shrimp scampi came with a perfectly cooked large shrimp and a lemon garlic butter sauce. The prime New York... This trip was about a four out of five. It definitely could have been cooked a little better. The sides are enough for two to three people to share and are served family style. I was a huge fan of the truffle fries and the truffle aioli sauce that was on the side. The star of the show for me was my salmon. It was delicious. It needed a little more seasoning, so I added some salt to it, but it was like butter. And no, that's not mashed potatoes under it. It's a cauliflower puree. It was so soft and literally melted in my mouth. toffee pudding is the perfect wrap-up to the dinner it was amazing make that drive to naperville and check them out and enjoy
