Have you been to Sato Japanese cuisine in Pleasanton yet? I randomly made a new friend while I was on a Southwest flight back home and found out about this place. And I'm so glad I did. This place was amazing. The salad dressing here was really tasty. If they bottled it, I would stock up on it. The nigiri here was really fresh, but I would say that their udon was the star. This was probably one of the best udons I've ever had. The broth had this rich, deep flavor and the noodles were so good. good and so chewy and look how light and crispy they were able to get their tempura it paired perfectly with the udon i also got a roll to top everything off this was perfectly made and so good i cannot wait to come back i'm so glad this place came highly recommended
