Cheers to finding you a new date night spot. I recently checked out Opus Steakhouse, which is perfect for a date night or a celebration. I tried the buffalo mozzarella, which was smoked table side, and I paired that with the prosciutto, which was amazing. The tuna tartare and the spicy tuna crispy rice were delicious, you could tell by my face, and I absolutely love the bluefin toro roll. I got the mac and cheese, and of course I added the truffle butter. And for the steak, I tried one of their wagyu cuts, the picanha, and it was definitely delicious with a chimichurri on top. Definitely enjoyed this meal.
