Check out this brand new sushi restaurant located in Massapequa. Cinnabar is serving up the most unique appetizers I have ever seen. The shrimp lollipops are an absolute must and the foie gras and eel toast was unlike anything I've ever had before. It completely melted in your mouth and the dim sum box sampler also did not disappoint. If you're feeling spicy, the dandan noodles were addicting and the sushi was super fresh. I can't wait to go back and try more and maybe I'll see you there.
