I've been wanting to come to this little strip mall bakery in Santa Ana for a while because it's the only Bolivian spot for miles and miles, and I've been wanting to try the staple of Bolivian cuisine, the Bolivian empanada, and it was totally worth it. It's filled with chunks of beef, potato, egg, and it has a sweet glaze. Really, really interesting thing to try that you should check out.
