There's a secret hidden behind a door in this London Underground Station. Just to the right of this Starbucks, there's a door to another world. And that's not the only one. Look, that's not a shoe repair shop. That's a front. And look along this platform. Look, there's another one. What secrets could Sherlock Holmes be hiding behind these mysterious doors? Well, I'm about to show you, but brace yourself, because there's a whole world down here that you didn't know about. And after stepping through mysterious tunnels full of cables and air vents, you'll find something that feels like the London Underground, but one that survived some sort of apocalypse. These tunnels closed in World War II are what remains of the original Baker Street station. And when increasing custom meant the station was expanded, these old parts were left to rot as they are. This is what remains of a lift that was last used during the celebrations at the end of World War II. And these posters advertise West End musicals from the 1920s frozen in time. What you're looking at are the public areas and the staff quarters on the first station on the world's first underground line, parts of which are still in use today, although perhaps not the staff rifle range. Baker Street is one of the most interesting stations on the network, but this just adds to it. And here's how to get down there yourself. Search for TFL Hidden London. Oh, and there's one more thing I need to tell you, and that's that...
