Have you been to Vlam's Fritschhaus Vlemenix in Amsterdam yet? They've been around since 1957 and they have over 20 different sauces to choose from. I couldn't decide what to get so I ended up getting some fries with cheese sauce and another with truffle mayo and ketchup. These were some of the best fries I've ever had. They were fried to a perfect golden crisp and the sauces were so satisfying.
