Great news, my foodie people in Concord, California. I found this Ying-ji chong-fen opened up next to the 85-degree bakery next to the Willow Pass. Chong-fen is a rice noodle, famous Cantonese street food from southern China, Hong Kong area. It is a rice roll with shrimp, beef, vegetables, or other ingredients. At Ying-ji, They've been using traditional cloud pool technique to make champan over 60 years. And we can inhale that in 60 seconds. Believe it or not, come check it out.
