@travelcindy's Review of 88 Bao Bao - Concord, California

88 Baobao is well-known chain in NorCal. They are known as a comfort food for the bao and danboing. I was super excited when I heard that it opened up in Concord and decided to give it a try. For the appetizer, we ordered the cucumber salad. It was a lack of a favor. The beef noodle soup, crab and pork shaolong bao was okay. I probably would not order that again for that price range. However, the pan-fried pork bun was the hero of the meal. Crispy on the bottom, fluffy on the top. It was filled with flavorful capper pork. It's truly safe to date. I will definitely come back for the pan-fried pork bun. See you next time.
