A longtime Belmont queso destination is back with new owners, new aesthetics, and a new menu. So naturally, I put on my queso crown and popped in to be the first to try it. The new chef is from Oaxaca, and you can tell his passion is in the food. I love the chicken enchiladas, the queso. I finished almost the whole bowl. I can't wait to go back and try the blackened filet with Mexican street corn and, well, the rest of the menu. Thank you.
