And I'm going to tell you, I love the layout. They have inside and outside seating so you can take advantage of the nice weather. Two bars so you can watch people make your sushi. You can't ask for nothing more. Let's go to the bar and get a drink. First drink I have, this is the Empress Mule. Now, I'm not a gin drinker. This is Empress 1908 gin, lime, ginger, beer and prickly pear syrup now i'm gonna tell you something again i'm not a gin drinker but they pulled this off and they ain't even need a copper cup like for real thumbs up big davis happy next let's get some grub what you're looking at is the ragoon dip now let me tell you about these chips first the chips are remarkable by themselves and then you put it with this deal you have creamy ragoon parmesan mixed with mozzarella cheese look at that cheese pool i mean look at that cheese pool and the sting oh boy money shot Yes, yes, yes. Now, it's a sushi place, so let me get some sushi. You're looking at a kamikaze roll. This is tuna, avocado topped with yellowfin, salmon, jalapeno, and look, they put a wasabi salsa on the top of it. Wow. Now, look at this. Money shot. This is the bluefin. Bluefin burger. This is cream cheese, spicy crab salad, tomato, lettuce, onion rings, avocado, spicy yellow, and a unigod sauce. Wow.
