Hi y'all, this is Hampton Station in Greenville, South Carolina. While in Hampton Station, we're going to visit Bourbon Street. And I'm going to tell you, you're in for a good one because this place is on point. When you walk in, this is what you see. The bar is huge. And I'm going to tell you something, if you love bourbon, you're in heaven. Let's go to the bar and get a drink. First drink, this is the Smoke Mule. This is tequila, mezcal, agava nectar, orange bitters, and ginger beer. The smoke put it over the top. It is on point. Thumbs up, Big Dave is happy. Next, you're going to see the heirloom tomato. watermelon salad, it's alem tomato, watermelon, red crunch lettuce, red onions, mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze. I'ma tell you something, it is very, very good. Now next, this thing right here, this is special. This is the sauteed shrimp and grit case. It's their version of shrimp and grits. Pimento cheese, fried grits, topped with sauteed shrimp, smoked andouille sausage, peppers, onions. Look at the cheese pulled on this grit ball. Oh my goodness. Ooh, where can you get that at? Like, check that out. Now, you're looking at the blood orange tequila sour. This is one of my favorite drinks here. Tequila, blood orange puree, fresh lemon, lime juice, and they top it with foam. Wow. Oh yeah, wow. Now, this right here, this is the pan seared scallops. First and foremost, the scallops are cooked to perfection. And that risotto, oh my goodness, boy, it's on point. Yeah, yeah. Now, for dessert, I don't usually do dessert, but I saw this and had to have it. This is the bourbon burlescotch martini. And when I tell you, it tastes just like eating a Werther's original.
