We finally got to experience Osaka's sushi and hibachi in New Smarna Beach. The foodies have been raving about this spot and now we know why. We started off with this delicious hot garlic edamame and I had the chicken and pork combo hand seared dumplings. I can barely get through this review without my mouth drooling. This will be a must order for me going forward. The owner made up a custom appetizer bowl for Raj. It included their crispy chicken bites and veggie spring rolls. We love this season. things they used in the batter for the chicken and the veggie spring rolls were perfect now let's get into the sushi first of all can we talk about presentation this beautiful dragon carved in jade and look at all of the colors they serve blue fin tuna here and i mean fresh blue fin tuna i had two slices of toro added to my board which is the fattiest part of the tuna this is also the best quality of tuna you can get and i am not kidding when i say It melted like butter in my mouth. And for tempura fans, get the yummy roll, period. And for foodies that don't do seafood but like chicken, order the Phoenix Roll. We wanted the full experience, so of course we ordered dessert.
