Hey, I'm at Una Pizza Napoletana, ranked best pizza in the nation, on the list of world's best pizzas. I recently opened in New Jersey in 1996, and now located in the Lower East Side, this famous spot serves authentic wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizzas using very special ingredients. The dough recipe is perfected daily and only makes a certain amount per day, starting with a burrata special, which is on top of a spicy and smoky better medulla topped with Sicilian. and sea salt this fresh guberada just melted in my mouth and the lemon zest gave it a perfect kick next i'm trying two margarita pies first the pepperoni pie was just mind-blowing the pillowy soft pockets of dough were cooked so perfectly i could eat the dough by itself the buffalo mozzarella was soft and incredible and the pepperoni had an amazing tanginess finally the grated vodka rose parmesan reggiano and the cheese pie give it an amazing cheesy taste that truly elevated to another level. This was honestly something I've never tasted before.
