Pasadena, you are holding out on us. How are you supposed to have this amazing bakery making delicious ass pastries and not even mention it? I stopped by Delight Pastry in Old Town Pasadena to grab an afternoon coffee and pastry. And when I saw the raspberry croissant, I knew it had to be mine. Perfectly layered with raspberry. I don't even know how they do that. It eludes me. Makes no sense. But when you bite into it, all the problems of the world go away for a few beautiful seconds until you're finished. And then you're just... just a little better off than you were before. Pasadena, you need to tell us when you have amazing things. I don't want to have to mention this again.
