I'm at Pops Bagels in Beverly Hills. This bagel shop was initially started as a side hustle by founder Zach Liparis who used to make bagels for fun with his friends. I'm trying the pastrami egg and cheese on an onion bagel as well as the bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeno cheese bagel. Pops is a nice stop if you love fresh hot bagels.
