Have you been to Gong Cha in Dublin yet? I saw their opening sign for a while and was excited to see that they finally opened. You order on the kiosk. The coffee and tea here is consistently well made and delicious. The hubby really likes their coffee here. I like getting their milk tea. It's always robust and fragrant. Their boba is always perfectly chewy and don't forget to add the milk foam. I think the milk foam is what ties everything in your drink together beautifully.
