Have you been to Bangers and Brews in Eugene yet? I was on my way from Portland to San Francisco and needed a place to stop by for a late lunch. You take a menu and order at the counter. The menu is pretty straightforward. You pick your sausage, pick two toppings and a sauce. They also have starters and other options and if you don't know what to get they also have suggested combos for your sausage or you can also get a sausage board. Plus they have special sausages on their chalkboard. This is their version of chips and salsa. It's just hot dog bun with chimichurri which was really a great starter in my opinion. The food here was absolutely amazing. The bun on this was soft and pillowy. I got the combo eight which actually worked really well. The spiciness from the sausage balanced out with the cream cheese and the fries actually took me by surprise. I have a pretty high bar when it comes to fries but these blew me away. Hands down would recommend if you're in the Eugene area.
