welcome to another vlog in cape town south africa i'm visiting the sante wellness retreat and spa my friends are here from atlanta visiting africa for the first time so super exciting experience we started out with green juices which we needed real bad because we had a long night out and then got dragged here at 8 a.m this is a seven hour experience we were so tired so anything to wake us up and revitalize us yeah we needed it this was a whole itinerary to follow hydro facials, hydro memory mask, as well as hydro baths, hydro everything. This was my favorite experience, just sitting and enjoying the jacuzzi mainly. And then we had lunch. This included three different courses of meals, ostrich, chicken breast, salmon, and dessert. That's our videographer capturing more stuff of us. And yeah, I will overall rate this a 10 out of 10. It was an affordable experience. It included a lot. So I would definitely recommend. in this and then after that we went back home.
