I told y'all this summer that I was letting you know where to go. Chicago Festival season is upon us and the Thai Festival needs to be at the tip top of your list. The Thai Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 8th, June 9th. I was able to get a preview of the different foods and the different restaurants that will be at the Thai Festival. And let me just say, I left with a few donkey bags. And why didn't anybody tell me how delicious Thai milk tea was? But back to the festival. It will literally transport you to Thailand itself. Besides the food, there will be plenty of Thai performers doing traditional dances and many other things. There will also be cool vendors there that you can buy unique items from. Now for me, Thai food is really top five. So I will be in there like swimwear. And there's plenty of opportunity to dance and mingle with locals.
