Have you been back to Simbongsa in Pleasanton yet? I know I was here pretty recently, but I follow them on Instagram and I saw that they had some new flavors, so I had to go back. I got their vanilla latte because I needed a little bit of a pick-me-up and it was a great start to a good morning. We tried their kimchi bacon, which was so good. It was the hubby's favorite. We also tried the potato corn and cheese and the potato in here was so creamy. And the last krokke that we tried was our pumpkin and cream cheese. I absolutely loved this one. The creaminess from the cream cheese and the sweetness from the pumpkin really balanced out nicely. Some of you remember from my last visit that I really loved their guabegi, which is basically a Korean donut. I didn't realize that they had glazed versions of these. Oh my gosh, I was so excited. I thought their original guabegis were already so good, but the glazed versions just blew me away. Make sure to follow them so that you can get updates about their new limited flavors, you're bound to rush over like I did.
